Data Conditions & Pricing
- Included Data (MB) means downloaded data. Uploaded data is not counted under normal circumstances.
- Unused usage allowance cannot be rolled over into subsequent months.
- When calculating usage, 1 GB = 1000 Megabytes (MB)
- ** Speeds are presented in downstream/upstream format e.g.: 24/1Mb represents UP TO 24000kbps downstream/1000 kbps upstream.
Shaping
Capped ADSL2+ Internet plans will be shaped based on a calendar month billing cycle and automatically shaped for the remainder of the month once the relevant limit is reached. Downloads will be shaped back to 64kb when the data usage limit exceeds the limit applicable to each account.
Modems
You will require an ADSL modem once your line is configured for ADSL. Please click here for a list of the modems supplied and supported by West Australian Networks . Please note all modems, routers and firewall's supplied are pre configured and simply need to be plugged in. Our friendly staff will recommend the best solution for you.
Alternatively you can provide your own modem. Please note however routers not purchased from West Australian Networks may not be supported free of charge. If you opt to purchase a router elsewhere please ensure the supplier will support and or configure the router for you . Charges may apply (see Onsite setup below) should our assistance be required.

Onsite setup (Perth Metro only) $130. Includes up to one hour on site, there after $130.00 p/hr.

Network Installation
Whilst the listed installation fee/s cover the physical ADSL installation and configuration, installation and delivery of the ADSL modem and or other components may be required to either create or integrate this service into your network. This additional work (if required) will be charged at the standard hourly rate ($130 p/hr). Standard delivery fee for self installed router is $25 delivered to your door.
Additional Cable Work - Central Filter
If on site cabling work is required (installation of central filter, relocate and or install phone sockets, Ethernet cables / sockets etc etc) our cable team can arrange this for you. A standard central filter installation is from $176 including central filter. Additional labour charged at $130 p/hr. Additional parts may be required. Price will be confirmed by the installer on site prior to commencing the job.

Terms & Conditions
- Credit terms are strictly in advance, payment for setup, first month and any hardware is required with order.
- Payment accepted by Cash, All major credit cards, EFT, Direct deposit, Cheque (and just about anything else you can think of).
- Payment must be made before due date each month once service is established to avoid periods of suspension.
- While there is no contract on the ADSL2+ conneciton there is a 12 month contract on the phone lines. The early termination fee is $165 pro-rata over 12 months or $13.75 for every month remaining on the contract if terminated in under 12 months.
- Please allow approx 14 - 21 working days for installation of your service, variations will occur.
