Service Level Agreements (SLA's) and performance gaurentees are worthless unless performance is being measured. You can not control or improve something you are not measuring.

Here at West Australian Networks we monitor our entire network from end to end. We also monitor network connectivity and end to end performance for all our business clients to ensure they are subscribed to the correct account, and that they get the best possible performance out of their link/s and or network.

Should the performance on any part of our network or business clients links degrade, a minimum of three (3) of our Network Opperations Centre staff are paged immediatley 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

In most case we are alerted to a problem and rectify it before the client is even aware anything has happened. Proactive service is what we are about, service with a difference. The difference being we detect and fix the problem before you even know about it.
