West Australian Networks IP allocation policies require that at least 80% of network allocated to a client be in use before extra allocations are made. If you have an exceptional case where you require allocation of further space while this requirement has not been met, you will need to fill out the justification details at the end of this form

West Australian Networks allocates IP addresses based on the existing customer total network allocation to date. The minimum network block West Australian Networks will allocate is a /30 network with 4 IP addresses.
