Additional mailbox application request

A total of Six (6) separate, password protected, mailboxes are included free with most of our accounts. You can check what your plan entitles you to by visiting http://www.westnet.net.au/westnet/internet/

We can supply additional mailboxes (in addition to your 6 included free) at a cost of $22 Inc GST per mailbox per year.

Please note if you do not have an account with us but simply wish to secure an e-mail address, the cost is $66 Inc GST per mailbox per year.

If you would like to setup additional mailboxes simply fill out the form below. Need more than the six, then simply submit them six at a time.

The mailboxes will be created for you and notification sent to the e-mail address you list on this form.

Please note the following conditions:

  • Password must be four (4) or more characters long and can include numbers etc.
  • The password can not be the same as the username (or very similar to the username).
  • The mailbox name requested will be given to you as long as it is not already in use.

NOTE: If you receive an error message reading: "The form was not submitted for the following reasons: You are coming from an unauthorized domain. Please use your browser's back button to return to the form and try again".

This problem is caused by your personal firewall blocking HTTP referrer information (cookies) which the script checks as a security measure. When that information is blocked by your firewall software, the form returns the error message you received.

To send the form, you can temporarily disable your firewall (which you should be able to do by right-clicking its icon in the system tray* and selecting the option to disable it), and then try submitting the form again. Once you submit the form, go back to the system tray icon and right-click again to turn the firewall back on.
