Network coverage is made up of two zones:
On-Net - Full Speed 384 Kbps
Available in most areas of Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane, Gold Coast and Perth.
Off-Net
This zone covers 96% of the Australian population and enables you to connect at the lower rate of 144 Kbps

Customer Notice
Whilst we have tried to be as accurate as possible, the coverage maps only provide a general indication of the different coverage service areas. There will be areas within the On-Net area shown on the map where you may move into the Off-Net Zone and only be able to connect at the lower speed.
As with all wireless / radio networks, there may be some areas within the stated coverage areas where reception is limited or unavailable. There are also factors that we cannot reasonably control and may affect reception, such as high or large buildings, basements, car parks, tunnels and geographical features.
