to put up a webpage parking your domain on our DNS servers is the solution.
Domain Parking (or DNS hosting) is the common name given to the practice
of registering a domain name and configuring a number of NameServer's
to respond to requests for that name - but then not actually putting up
a complete site. Its a great idea for companies who want to insure that
their name is safely secured for later use but don't have any immediate
need or desire to completely establish their own web site.
Alternatively, if you already have your domain name registered but want
to make sure that queries for it are resolvable by machines outside your
own ISP's network (so as to give you redundancy in case of failure of
an ISP's own servers) then this service (called secondary DNS) can be
very useful.
