Control Panel Utility (CPU)
You can now change your password, view your statement and account
usage statistics, set auto warning messages or make payments online with our

The Control Panel Utility (CPU) enables viewing of bandwidth utilisation
reports and error reports via the Internet.

This contains extensive help covering many queries or problems you may have.
Once you are connected, we ask you to check our support section and knowledge
base before you call our support desk. We have made the help pages to assist
you to solve most of the problems associated with the configuration of Internet
related software. We hope that you will find the instructions easy to follow.
If however you are not able to solve your problem following our support pages,
please either e-mail or call us.
We will be more than happy to assist with your queries.

Most of the time you will be able to find settings for the unsupported software
on our web pages or via a search on Goggle .
West Australian Networks provides support for all issues on all platforms,
unfortunately we can not do this for free, if you have a problem that is listed
in the "professional" help section, please email or call to arrange
one of our tech's to sort it out for you. This will incur a charge of $130 per
hour inc GST.
